Customer has up to 7 days to notifiy Catalpa Shoppes via email: [email protected] that they wish to return an item.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
Any items which were damaged, Hametownshoppes will pay for return shipping fees and will credit customers account for any fees.
